Accessibility Statement
Inferaq’s approach to accessible digital services, current website measures, known limitations and routes for requesting support.

Inferaq wants its website and digital services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. The design target for this website is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target and not a claim of certified conformance until independent and assistive-technology testing is completed.
1. Measures built into this website
- semantic headings, landmarks and one primary heading per page;
- keyboard-operable navigation, controls and IQ dialog;
- a skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus;
- responsive layouts that reflow on smaller screens and at increased zoom;
- light and dark themes with maintained contrast;
- labels, status announcements and descriptive link text;
- reduced-motion support for visitors who request it; and
- plain-language structure for key service and policy information.
2. Current limitations
Before public launch, Inferaq will complete manual keyboard, screen-reader, colour-contrast, 200% and 400% zoom, mobile orientation and voice-control testing. The following areas may require further work:
- AI-generated IQ answers may not always use the clearest structure or terminology;
- third-party scheduling, video, payment or learning services may have accessibility limitations outside Inferaq’s direct control;
- older downloadable documents may not yet be fully accessible; and
- complex technical diagrams may require expanded text alternatives.
3. Getting information in another format
If you need content in a different format—such as accessible PDF, large print, a simplified explanation or an alternative to a visual diagram—email info@inferaq.com or call 020 8058 7613. Explain the page or document and the format you need. Inferaq will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
4. Reporting an accessibility problem
Please include the page address, the problem, your browser or assistive technology where comfortable, and the outcome you were trying to achieve. Accessibility feedback will not affect your access to services.
5. Assessment and review
This statement was prepared on 19 September 2026. The website has undergone automated structural checks; a full independent accessibility audit remains to be completed before a definitive conformance claim is made. Inferaq will review this statement after material design or platform changes.
