inferaq.com is operated by Inferaq Ltd of 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. References to “you” include the organisation on whose behalf you act.

2. Information, demonstrations and no professional advice

Website content is general information intended to explain Inferaq’s capabilities. It is not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, investment or cybersecurity advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on your circumstances. Research summaries, product roadmaps, availability statements and examples may change.

IQ is an automated website adviser. Its responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on IQ for material decisions, emergencies, regulated advice or a representation that a proposed solution is suitable. A contract is formed only when authorised representatives agree it in writing.

3. Permitted use

You may browse, print and share links to public pages for lawful internal or informational purposes. You must not:

• misrepresent Inferaq content, remove notices or imply endorsement; or

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Inferaq or its licensors own the website, branding, code, designs, written content and public demonstrations. “Inferaq”, “IQ”, product names and logos may be protected marks or trading identifiers. No licence is granted except the limited permission to use the public website under these terms.

Academic and founder-led research remains attributed to its authors and subject to applicable university, publisher, funder and intellectual-property arrangements. A public summary does not place underlying research, code, data, methods or know-how in the public domain.

5. Material you submit

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give Inferaq a limited right to use it only to respond, operate the requested service, protect the website and comply with law. You confirm that you are authorised to submit it and that it does not unlawfully disclose confidential information, personal data or third-party material.

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may have mandatory rights to bring proceedings where they live.
